Joanne Gore has over twenty years of marketing and communications experience, including corporate and small office environments. She is a talented and creative marketing professional, always positive and able to see the big picture. She possesses the organization/prioritization skills which allow her to manage multiple projects from inception to implementation, meeting deadline demands and budgetary constraints.
A true mentor, Joanne marries her passion for marketing with clear, creative feedback and inspiration. Joanne develops lead generation and conversion programs, re-brands product lines, implements social media strategies, manages PR and media relations campaigns, overhauls websites, develops highly targeted marketing campaigns, and delivers results.
Joanne began her career as a Graphic Design professional, graduating from Dawson College in Montréal. She quickly honed her craft working within the print industry as both a typesetter and art director until joining the marketing team at Delrina (acquired by Symantec), where she developed and implemented the company’s marketing standards globally.
Joanne embraced and refined her corporate marketing and communications expertise and has worked with some of the largest brands in the technology sector including: Compaq Canada (acquired by HP): BorderWare Technologies (acquired by WatchGuard Technologies); DST Output; and Xenos (acquired by Actuate).
As a consultant, Joanne brings the unique perspective of both agency and client-side experience. She coaches entrepreneurs to leverage best-practice marketing and communications tactics, and empowers them to successfully execute their go-to-market strategy.
